A refresher incase there IS a draft, the order goes 20 year olds, people turning 20 the year the draft is initiated, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 19, 18. If you are prior service you can be recalled back to duty up to age 64 I believe. And after alllllll those are exhausted, it can be any able bodied male up to age 45.

At an absolute minimum we'd have to have Congress officially declare war to implement one, and I doubt we see that happening.

The US hasn't formally declared war since WW2, things like Vietnam or Iraq 1/2 were military engagements authorized by congress that would technically allow for a draft (and obviously did in the case of Vietnam)
