I haven't seen anything of substance about the Bibi death rumors but I'll tell you, Israel putting out two AI-generated proof of life videos isn't doing a lot to make me move on from it.

The US isn't really "bogged down" in the sense that they wouldn't be able to project force in defense of Taiwan in an actual invasion scenario.

A huge part of US force doctrine is that if needed, at full power, they can fight two full blown wars at once.

Now, whether or not they'd actually choose to do that in said situation is entirely up for debate. But if the demand actually called for it and they had to actually defeat Iran conventionally and also defend Taiwan, they could do so, no question about it.
