Iran has proposed a $2M per ship fee for traversing the Strait of Hormuz. The fee would be split with Oman and the proceeds used to fund infrastructure.

It's not a literal agreement. Iran's 10 point list is a restatement of the status quo. By receiving no material concessions and declaring a ceasefire, Trump has agreed to the status quo for at least another 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, you can draw dotted lines between random shit the Trump administration has done over the last two weeks and basically every line item on their list.
