i was waiting for someone to reply so i didn't have to give my own opinion, but personally i view it as if you're gaining something then you're at fault, but if someone is threatening to take something from you they are at fault.

so for example to keep it simple, the woman is offered her rent for free if she fucks the landlord, if she accepts she's "at fault".

and example two, woman is threatened to be evicted for bullshit reason because she won't fuck the landlord despite the fact that she's paying rent. the landlord is at fault

i am guessing 28 "calendar girls" going to a billionaires mansion for a party felt like they had something to gain, i cannot put myself in their shoes but yeah, that's where i was going with this conversation. glad to hear the mental loops we are going to put my opinion through though.

That is so far off base it isn't even funny. Now if it was switched around where the woman made the offer then you switch the legality of it around. Anytime a person of power makes a quid pro quo offer to someone they have power over in any way it is not legal. (With respect to sexual favors).

I guarantee you that several hundred of these cases happen in the country every week. I have personally worked on several of these and it was one of the first cases where I took the lead.

Legally speaking it is considered quid pro quo sexual harassment in housing, a violation of Title VIII. (In employment it is a violation of Title VII.)
