i was waiting for someone to reply so i didn't have to give my own opinion, but personally i view it as if you're gaining something then you're at fault, but if someone is threatening to take something from you they are at fault.

so for example to keep it simple, the woman is offered her rent for free if she fucks the landlord, if she accepts she's "at fault".

and example two, woman is threatened to be evicted for bullshit reason because she won't fuck the landlord despite the fact that she's paying rent. the landlord is at fault

It's a court filing mentioning the videos existence, and Trumps attempts to hide it from the court. They got caught, and the plaintiff is trying to get certain measures in place so they can gain access to the original video that apparently Trump, or his affiliates, have.
