It's highly dismissive of the Holocaust and the lessons we're supposed to take from it to examine the Final Solution and be critical of any comparison that doesn't rise to the same level. The reason it was called the Final solution is because it was indeed the final attempt at solving the "Jewish problem," the first attempted solutions of which were mass round ups, giant, unsanitary detention centers manned by unsympathetic guards told that these people are animals ruining your country, and attempts to expedite deporting them. It was when that last, the attempted mass deportation, proved logistically troublesome, that it was proposed they simply streamline the process of what the camp conditions had already been doing.

I understand "concentration camp" is a charged term but it's also not only correct in terms of its actual literal definition, but also in terms of where we stand in actions taken. Will they become actual death camps? I find it unlikely (but not impossible). Are they already concentration camps? Yes.

Which argument should we go with. The actual facts that its Trump's policies that made things as bad as they are? That Trump keeps fighting things that could make it better?
