False equivalency with what? What am I comparing?
And false how? The fact that Dems would be lesser evils even if they put party first? How? It's the difference between a devil's bargain for deregulation and tax cuts for the rich vs. a devil's bargain for... free healthcare and education? WEW.
This is not meant to be a mean comment.
Cichy is from Ireland, right? It's very possible they just don't know the history of our political parties or the polarization that occurred between the Civil War and Nixon. Considering most Republicans still tout the "Lincoln was a Republican" schtick it wouldn't be surprising that someone that was born in another country and moved to the US wouldn't know this history.
Cichy has done a phenomenal job filling the role of king retard in the vacuum left by the recent YCS bans. Bravo!

Seems bad.

That due to the other side putting party over country first the Democrats should as well to get things done. That is is okay because they are the lesser evil. It is foolhardy.
The Republicans stand for the status quo, and that is where the money is. You won't see all those campaign contributions for environmental regulation, free healthcare and education, raising taxes, ending for profit prisons, and all those other things that Democrats tend to say they stand for anyway.
All the things you want, wont happen if dems keep losing. Full stop.
At a certain point it doesnt matter how virtuous you are if you never have the power to make that change. The next generation can worry about not fighting fire with fire, right now though we are trying a controlled burn because this shit is lit

If America can't get this Pandora back in the box then the cycle won't end with the next generation.
All fighting fire with fire will do is cement the breaching of our political norms. If the people of this country choose not to punish politicians of either party at the ballot box for breaking these norms. Then ultimately our political foundation will not hold as we gradually sow the seeds of our demise as a result.
It isn't a matter of only virtue. Poor and angry people don't support democratic institutions. When these institutions are no longer supported, you get populist leaders like Trump. He is only the continued symptom of how our country's foundation has been slowly eroded and faces a foreseeable collapse if things aren't corrected.
Where income inequality robs people of enrichment based on merit and thus breeds resentment of the political process. Where money is amassed at the top, and directly drives our policies, laws, and government. Where a failing education system and a breakdown of meaningful dialogue leaves people making ignorant decisions which only speed up our descending spiral. Where America's adversaries are invited in to relish in our weakness.
So no, fighting fire with fire won't actually solve anything because the problem isn't just the politicians, but the people, and especially the power of greed. If you don't address the system being subverted by avarice then adding more fire is just going to burn the house down regardless of the color of the flames.
That means voting out people of both parties first. Including people like Obama who were far too cozy with taking record levels of money from Wall Street. As a result, shielded financial executives in the wake of their self-induced economic crisis, etc.
TL;DR: Fire with fire at this point is nothing more than being reactionary.
man you suckas don't pay attention to shit Cichy is Polish he's mentioned it often and it was a dead giveaway when to change a horses's shoe he had 9 of his cousins pick up the horse and rotate it
One day AG is gonna release the spreadsheet he has on all of us.
Ah that explains the communism.
Also Spicy has said "put the Pandora back in the box" and "even Anne Frank could see" and neither of those are the right expression.
