I imagine older flags don't count for flag code, BUT I think this rule would be ok due to military, boy scouts, girl scouts, etc. etc. put flag patches/pins on their uniforms.

Yeah I'm not really with Kap on this specific one, but overall I dont like the flag being worn as clothing. I've cared less as I aged, but I care even less for the OG flag on clothing.
