Halo was not a reason to own an Xbox for me. I had a PC, GameCube and PS2. I picked an Xbox up to make and emulator console/media center, fucked with it for a week and stopped touching it. 360 was more of the same shit. I regret never playing JSRF or Gun Valkyrie and I don't understand why Sega never ported them, but I'll live.

I put a lot of time into Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Jedi Knight 2/Jedi Academy.
Never played the Quakes when they were relevant. Played a lot of UT2003. Then my dad helped me discover MMORPGs. Could never reach end game with any of them until FFXI. Somehow.
Played MMORPGs for 7 years never reached end game until FFXI in TOAU era.

chromehounds was a top tier xbox game tho, the meta changed every week from like 10 howitzers on an immobile walker to 10 javelins on a fast one to balanced builds to shieldwalls lol
