yuh i get the signing as insurance if Butler bolts / if he comes home you have a championship calibre team (or at least you did with JJ) but also ultimately you dropped $180 on a 3rd / 4th option who is an average playmaker and defender and one the Clipps didn't miss

I agree with the notion that he is overpaid in the strictest semse, but I don't know that they had any better options for that money

Not sure that makes them better next season.

he's solid but Jimmy is better than him at everything and was the only one of their big 4 that didn't collapse against Toronto. downgrade.

really interesting bit is the Reddick-Horford swap that's gonna change the team's whole complexion.

all my Lakers friends were talking about whether Kyrie or D'Lo was the better fit and who they'd choose between them when we were playing pickup yesterday ayyy

not the cleanest fit in GS but Klay can guard most 3's and Russell is a big boy so maybe someone can teach him to guard 2's. until then you can just hide him on Curry's man and hide Curry on his man should be fine. offensively he's already used to playing with another creator in Dinwiddie.
