Five-time All-Star F/C Al Horford has agreed to a four-year, $109M deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, agent Jason Glushon tells ESPN.
oh snap Philly out here with 4d chess
Simmons
Richardson
Tobias
Horford
Embiid
is interesting stuff. crazy big lineup when the league is trending smaller
Not sure that makes them better next season.
At all.

I agree with the notion that he is overpaid in the strictest semse, but I don't know that they had any better options for that money Agree. Their two best players are already both best at Center and now adding a third? Strange fit.

I like philly. richardson is hella underrated. he's a 3 and D wing who's actually good and will fit in as the 3rd/4th option seamlessly
Richardson is a really good get. If the Horford fit wasn't so strange I'd say they did well overall

KD+Kyrie took less money so that DeAndre could sign in BKN
Klay re-signing 5yrs 190mil
Shams Charania @ShamsCharania
Sources: Golden State and Brooklyn are close to a D'Angelo Russell sign-and-trade deal to the Warriors.
They'll be getting Russell, Treveon Graham and Shabazz Napier in that trade
Warriors trading Iggy and some picks to Memphis. I'm not really seeing what in return, so I'm guessing cap space.
Hearing just a single 2024 first rounder to the grizzlies.

Lol wasn’t iggy just talking about how Kd wouldn’t leave
Ggs, have fun in Memphis my guy
Also dlo/curry has to be the worst defensive back court ever

I mean Russell Curry and eventually Klay is a good back court, but I can't help but feel that's not where GS needed to put money.

all my Lakers friends were talking about whether Kyrie or D'Lo was the better fit and who they'd choose between them when we were playing pickup yesterday ayyy
not the cleanest fit in GS but Klay can guard most 3's and Russell is a big boy so maybe someone can teach him to guard 2's. until then you can just hide him on Curry's man and hide Curry on his man should be fine. offensively he's already used to playing with another creator in Dinwiddie.
they're really gonna miss Iggy
