Big time screw up on SE's part. They know data mining is a thing. Even if they had normally released the demo and it wasn't downloaded through means other than intended, why would you include everything on there? And I mean EVERYTHING. I looked just to see out much is out there and I stopped scrolling a couple screengrabs in cause it definitely spoils the whole game.
