Blue Protocol (PC) - Action RPG

Considering PC/Mobile games I've tasted, it's no sure sign for how good or bad combat will be.

My bet is this gets off it's feet and will be fun to play, since Tencent has just a bit of experience when it comes to making money in their games. Promo definitely seemed to focus on a younger child model vs the teenager/young adult Blue Protocol focused on, which seems to mean they are gonna take the back-bone of what Bandai made and re-make just about every system, animation, and class design and mix in stuff they know works.

Tencent is changing the classes, and it's abilities.

Skill animations are being redone to fit mobile.

More classes.

The Chinese devs thought having Keen Strider (archer) doing both healing and range dd was stupid. So they created a whole new healing class called Forest Whisper, and just let the archer class just do range DD.


In this video it shows off the new animations.

- 1st class shown - Thunderbalde (2 hand sword)

- 2nd class shown - Forest Whisper (Wand-Healer)

- 3rd class shown - Sorcerer (Staff-magic dd)

- 4th class shown - Gale Knight (polearm)

- 5th class shown - Guardian (Uses a blade now, instead of sword and shield-Tank)

Bandai's Japanese version of Blue Protocol shut down today. Sucks, this game had so much potential. Hopefully Tencent can do something with this IP.

I noticed that the Good Bye tweet from Bandai got over 4 million views, with over a thousand posts..lol

This has to be one on the biggest let downs, I can remember.

Also this really wasn't Amazons fault, they actually went out and hired famous voice actors, and re-did the cut scenes. They must have wasted a ton on this game for it to never be released.

With BP dead, I guess it is ok to show the Amazon English version. This is the intro cut scene.

BP Lore - Backstory


Eons ago, Voldigen, (main bad guy) killed the Dragon King, and became the new King, taking over the Great Dragons. In BP, the Great Dragons, are called "The Dracari".

Once he became King, his ambition knew no bounds. He wanted to rule everything. So he decalred war against the Gods. In BP, the Gods are called "The Bapharian".

The Bapharian eventually defeated the Dracari, and Voldigen was put into a prison, to be there for all eternity.

More Backstory

The Bapharian decided to put the rest of the Dracari to sleep, and created humans to to act as weapon against the Dracari, incase they ever woke up again. In the begining, humans worshiped the Bapharian, but as they evolved, and their tech grew, they slowly resented the Bapharian and wanted their own fate.

Meanwhile the Bapharian disputed amongst themelves on what to do with the humans. One faction wanted chaos, and the other faction wanted order.

The faction that wanted chaos left and created their own world. Over time they grew horns (they became demon like).

The other faction that wanted order went up into the sky, and built cities up there. Over time they had halos above their head(they became angel like).

Side notes

The planet and the world is called "REGNAS".

If you notice the Bapharian are the loli race. When they fight, they use huge mecha's powered by magic. The two factions are just like the factions in D&D, or Warcraft..lol Both factions live beyond space and time. So they both can come back to Regnas at any time or place in history. They can transport any human or creature they created to any point in time or place. So there is a ton of time travel in the lore.

The chaos faction, likes to come to Ragnus to cause problems. They also like to fool around with the creatures that the Order makes. So that is how there are bunny girls, cat girls or small humans in the game. It's also why there are monsters in the game. They kinda mess things up.

Hey it's a japanese game that is rated R with full of fan service.

Humans call the chaos faction loli's "Demi clan" and the order loli's "Divine Clan".

More Backstory

Eventually the Chaos faction convined the Humans to become the new masters. So a great war started. The Chaos faction created an entity called "Avalitia" for the humans. But the humans didn't know the power of it's true form. During the final battle "Avalitia" was unleashed and destroyed most of the world of Regnas.

The Order Faction was very upset in their realm. They decided to leave the remaining humans that were left alive alone, wanting nothing to do with them, they would wait for the day that the humans would repent. The Chaos faction though would still come to Ragnus and cause trouble.
But there was one Order Bapharian that still belived in humans, she would come to Regnas to teach the story, and founded the "Bapharian Church". The Humans would call her the "Visitor".

2000 years have passed and humans were one again gaining tech. The humans and the church were being corrupted again (by the Chaos faction), also Voldigen had escaped. The visitor decided to take maters into her own hands and create a hero (you), with her powers. Only you with the help of friends can save this world from destruction again.

This is where the game starts. You are created, but are confused. When you come into the world, as luck would have it, a Chaos Bapharian was there causing trouble !! She calls herself Feste, and now causes trouble for you.

Bandai came out with 2 expansions. But by this time the population had droped. So it is hard to find translated MSQ's. If I find one, I will edit.

The game shut down after this, so this was the end of the story. But Tencent is picking up the game, so there might be more !
