They managed to get Bale on the docket and vastly underutilized him. This was a far step down from Ragnarok, unfortunately.

The Infinity Stones seemed to be pretty common knowledge in space, but it seemed like only the Gods know about Eternity. So that's why Thanos wouldn't have gone after the wish. Second, it wasn't until Love & Thunder that Thor knew Bifrost was the key to reaching Eternity, so even with knowledge there wasn't much he could do.

We saw it last night. I can definitely understand why it's getting the hate that it's getting, but I had a blast. My wife on the other hand was falling asleep almost the whole movie.

It's been said, but definitely have to say it again: the fucking goats stole the show. I'm not ashamed to say I died laughing every time they screamed.

The first half of the movie was definitely the weakest. Not Dark World bad, but definitely could have been much better.

I definitely don’t think they’ll bring her back outside of maybe a brief cameo. ONLY because iirc the whole reason for the “break up” in the films was because Natalie Portman hated being just a love interest and didn’t want to do them. I think they got her for this film because she got to be a super hero, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the contract stated she would only do this film, hence the cancer.

I overall enjoyed the film. I actually liked Bale’s screen time. I think his acting was phenomenal, but those bits made it far more impactful and not overdone.

Actually was treated to a Screen X version of the film. I hadn’t heard of them before and this was the first one for me. I think it lend well to this film. It’s a smart idea to give people a reason to go to the theater instead of staying at home. Will be interesting to see if it really takes off as a thing or not.

Thinking about it I'm surprised they didn't tie Jane's condition back to Thor 2.
