Screen X version?

Yeah sorry, I wasn’t sure if I was just out of the loop or if it’s actually new. For others if they don’t know: a lot of scenes extended to the sides of the room giving that 3-monitor look. The sides were a bit fuzzy, though. I’m assuming because it’s not actual projector walls at my location. Maybe just adding the projectors themselves for now to see if it’s worth making the sides a screen? Idk much about it.
Was kinda funny though because it started by giving an advertisement about screen x, and I thought the first like two minutes of Thor was just a short film to show it off. Hahaha. I thankfully caught on quickly.
If I recall, Portman had a pretty bad falling out with Marvel over Patty Jenkins and Thor 2. I've long forgotten all the details, but I thought it was something along the lines of, she only agreed to do Thor 2 because of Jenkins (who would have been the first female director of an MCU film), but then Jenkins got fired.

What does it mean for a movie to "matter?"
Do you go watch them to enjoy the movie itself or what.
It means most marvel movies are quite "mid" in the middle parts, and aside from the few really good marvel movies, most of em you can just have the movie on in the background and come back just for the conclusion and did you really miss anything? Not really lol

Captain America Civil War, great movie that I enjoyed the whole way thru.
Thor: Dark World? Yeah, exactly who is going to bat for that one haha

It sounds like you don't actually enjoy most of the movies, so why are you even bothering to watch them?
^ What he said
Setup, character/plot building, and comic fan Easter eggs/references are hella mid. Boss fights only.
It's out on D+ I watched it for the first time. It was actually a lot less jokey than I was led to believe. Internet people talking about jokes ruining every scene and it wasnt like that at all.
That being said, I would have loved for this to be darker. And before people say Dark World was pretty dark and that one sucked, it wasn't because it was dark/serious that it sucked, it was everything else.
I really wish the 2nd scene in the movie wasn't there though, or at least pushed off, because it was a serious tone killer. The first half in general just was not my favorite actually.Spoiler: show
lore stuff that left a lot of questions and confusion for meSpoiler: show
Saw a decent theory today that we don't actually know what happened in Love and Thunder because it's being told to us by Korg, an unreliable narrator.

I need to get screen grabs from the whisper scene near the end to make my "It's Thorbin' Time" meme
MCU fans will engage in whatever gymnastics help them cope with the current state of the movies.
