Ironheart got minimal publicity before getting released. Monica is just floating in the ether. Re: Wonderman pulling the rug out 4 months after you publicly renewed the show. Blade was publicly in development for 7 years. That's multiple phases in the MCU. Like that's intentional on an executive level.

There are tons of characters who have been neglected phase 4-6 because there hasn't been as cohesive a plan and they overreached with all their TV shows. The new plans is to go back to less with more quality movies. Making it about black actors is quite the take though.
