Speculation on Doomsday/Secret Wars, comic spoilers

I would assume Doomsday is going to be effectively the Time Runs Out storyline with incursion(s) between the main MCU, X-Men/Fox universe, and the one from this movie, with Secret Wars being well.. Secret Wars. And Franklin will function as the proxy for Molecule Man to get us to the Battleworld scenario of Secret Wars.

I loved this so much! Sooooo much! I'm just going to say right now this is one of my personal favorite MCU movies. I'm not saying it's one of the best but I would put it in my Top 5. As a huge comic nerd who has read a lot of the old Marvel stuff this was classic F4 that mixed in the new story perfectly. It was so lovingly crafted. I would not change a single thing about it.

Just go see it. You won't be sorry.

Totally agree. My son said its his new favorite. I would have liked to see some more clobbering from The Thing, but that's just me. I feel like the only people that won't like it are the Silver surfer is a man crowd. Fucking boomers man

Sidenote, by God I think it's time to re-read Hickman's entire FF/Avengers/Secret Wars run (for probably like the 5th or 6th time at this point)

Yeah, I watched the movie, found this reading order, and I started re-reading Secret Warriors. Been a few years since I've read some of these issues.

Superman was definitely better imo, though this was good. It was hard for me to suspend my disbelief

that there wasn't more pressure on them to give up Franklin. I also feel like it was a missed opportunity not to make Reed's way of thinking a bigger intra-family dynamic, especially after the whole start being "The way you are hurts me" at the start.
