Apparently it was "Leaked" to a Far-Right News website by him thinking it would prove his innocence (Is what Im seeing go around). Regardless of who leaked it, its fucking damning, I can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to voluntarily show this to anyone.

Literally the video shows her, from his POV (Its his Cell phone footage, the shooter), turning her Steering wheel away from him, she smiles at him and says "Don't worry dude, I'm not mad at you" and he fucking blows her head off, then calls her a "Fuckin Bitch" right after doing it. Like he clearly killed her because she hurt his fee-fees and was angry. Life in prison is too good an end for this guy.

I'll quote my apolitical friend who watched the video from the shooter pov. He's skeptical of media and politicians in general. Makes me believe there's a large portion of the US that thinks this way.

This just makes it look more like a tragedy than anything else to me. Panic set in on all sides and a life was lost.

Yea if someone was in a panic with a firearm 1) they wouldn't keep holding on to their phone while discharging a firearm. lol that it's 1 handed. and 2) it would have been a full mag dump as a fight or flight reaction kicked in.

That was a calculated discharge of a weapon IMO. And that's what I told him.
