According to the Globe, ICE alleges that Martell-Lebron is originally from the Dominican Republic and is using a false name.

ICE are snatching nationals as if they're conducting drug raids using unmarked vehicles and completely hiding their identities. Yesterday they grabbed a Turkish woman in Somerville, MA at a Ramadan meal. Today, a U of MN graduate was taken at an off-campus residence.

I know you're partially joking, but he is being held at the Sherburne County Jail in Minnesota. It's the only jail in the state that has a contract with ICE to hold detainees. ICE has initiated deportation/removal proceedings, though.
