At least basketball hockey and soccer have constant movement
At least basketball hockey and soccer have constant movement
no sport is as exciting in person or on TV than a real good prizefight
basketball is the best of the team sports
football close but stop and start can make for an annoying rhythm sometimes
hockey and baseball are great excuses to get drunk
soccer is unwatchable unless you can make fun of the rest of the world being inferior
Football in person is terrible
kinda wish i was more into tennis because it's p fuckin incredible arguably the three greatest players of all time have all overlapped in their primes for the past fifteen years but can only bring myself to watch a grand slam final or two a year
I got into tennis because a girl I was into in high school was super into tennis. Joined the team and everything.
She wasn't interested, but I still like watching tennis.
I bought my daughter tennis lessons last summer.
She wanted to twirl three times before trying to hit the ball.
I no longer pay for tennis lessons.
Also, dodged a bullet.
lol, it was actually fun to watch her. It was way too hot in the summer for it though.
Gonna try martial arts next.
Thankfully our parks and rec is amazing. I do all lessons through there. I think it was $60 for 10 weeks.
She's going back to violin, too, and it was $20 for 8 weeks (18 kids is why).
I like the kids to experience and try new things. I don't expect them to become professionals out of it.
Can't wait until the little dude starts getting interested in things.
Next summer she's joining the parks and rec swim team which is like $70 for the whole season.
Haven’t been to a basketball game since we used to get free field trips and tickets to New Jersey Nets games when I was a kid.
Went to a few predator games when I lived near Nashville. I thought it was pretty meh. First time I underestimated how cold it was gonna be.
Baseball is probably my favorite live after football. Yankee stadium is a lot of fun.
