At work it's about planning , I understand the struggle as I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes don't get a break due to being short handed so I pack things that can be snacked on easily like almonds ( the wasabi and soy sauce ones by blue diamond are great along with smokehouse) , beef jerky, string cheese, parmesan crisps, and premier protein shakes help too.
Loving your job is great but when it's done your health and family is what matters more.
