For me, it's gotten worse in my 30's. Post high school the first few years I didn't have a car, so I was on the Cream Soda workout regime of having to ride my bike everywhere, and living in a town full of hills, the 10-15 miles a day round trip burned off all the shitty food I ate due to being poor.

Best weight loss regime for me was a combination of Keto while still getting 3-4 days in at the gym. But due to being a picky eater, Keto is a bitch and a half and I have trouble staying on it for any consistent amount of time. So right now I'm just trying to portion control, eat better, while still getting to the gym at least 3 days a week. I'm losing weight, but not nearly as fast as I was.

now if I can get him to not hit other kids I'll enroll him in little league, he should be about 6'2 which is perfectly respectable for a MLB pitcher.
