It's his website, he puts them up, and has since way back when. He asks for people to convert them into various formats though, which is how you get silly stuff like that, it was 2003.

TBH I liked Olive Garden's 5-cheese baked ziti. Not ever restaurant does it well, and it's one of the few pasta dishes I don't like making at home (too many cheeses that end up making it cost way too much when you are using just a little of each).

Their breadsticks and salad are pretty legit, too.

If I found an Italian place that made their ziti well I'd dump them, but no luck so far.


For the most part I avoid Italian restaurants on the principle they will charge $20 for something that cost them $1.25 to make.

There was a scandal in CA where they sourced horse meat and didn't let consumers know, and it kind of broke the company.
