I played WoW over my winter break in college in 2007. Had a good time. Was a Tauren Warrior, got up to the instance with all the temple things. Think that was around level 45? Was supposed to play with two of my roommates, but one was never on and the other decided to just play his Rogue on another server.

Won a giveaway and played some of the latest expansion, but didn't have the time to dedicate to it. Did the level boost due to that, but I just felt lost and couldn't get as engaged.

It was nice being able to play at work though. Was on a private server with a good group of people. Got a lot of stuff done. Kings, Dyna, Sky, Sea, Limbus and I leveled all but PUP to 75 (it was a 75 cap server).

I played Legion and did some of the Emerald Dream raid w/ the boys from the USS Enterprise. Then we stopped because we didn't have the time to really dedicate to learn Heroic and beyond. Was a fun diversion from FFXIV until I finally started actually raiding in Alex Creator.

Kinda tempted to pre-order Shadowlands w/ their new leveling system.

Yeah I was kind of looking forward to their mobile FFXI that would take you through the storylines, but I don't think that is actually going to happen at this point.
