I have no problems with better regulation of packaging and even the regulation of the mfg etc, I always thought it was sketch the nic juice could be made in someones basement and sold from a "company". I also have complained about the Mario kart packaging of the Thc carts, mainly bc of govt overreach like they are trying to do right now with vape juice. I mean can we wait until it's federally legal before putting cartoons on the packaging. I even had a similar complaint about a cereal nic juice I was using putting a toucan sam look a like on the package, but again not bc I felt like they were actually targeting children but bc I knew it would be used as ammo like it is right now.

I draw the line at removing the flavors because I whole heartedly believe that it is better for you than cigarettes and I personally used them to gradually quit nicotine, and to Salodins point it won't matter, people will just add flavors to the juice, kids will still be getting in trouble doing hoodrat shit getting into whatever they can.

keeping things safe because you're a shit parent shouldn't be anyone's job.

The point is to stop new addictions. People who were used to smoking disgusting cigarettes can just use the unflavored vape juice to quit.

Because nicotine addiction sucks and is expensive and inconvenient to maintain and hard to kick, while caffeine isn't a big deal at all.

Also idk if it was specifically brought up here or if everyone was focusing on the Trump angle, but a Senator from Illinois (Dick Durbin) demanded late last week for the FDA to ban all unapproved e-cigarettes.

On a somewhat totally unrelated note, the first officially FDA approved e-cig is expected to go on sale later this month. And said device was developed and is owned by Phillip Morris.
