Not brazilian bbq, but I work with a brazilian dude that apparently grills a few times every summer and it's damn good. I say apparently, because I've only been here one summer, but he grilled 4 times I believe.

Most stuff is marinated in some way, but nothing super strong. Everything is heavily salted to start and then is knocked off on the grating of the grill before a flip. We all give him shit for how much salt he uses, but it's not necessarily overly salty tasting.

His pork belly is fucking delicious. I dunno what he marinates it in, but the meat is tender, the fat is melty, and he finishes it with some fresh lime juice.

We never have any sides, though. Just several pounds of meat.
