Honestly I've never come to that realization but yeah. I like The Dark Knight and Rises but its not because of Batman. TBH you kinda just forget him when thinking about those movies.

Interstellar was great. But, I'm also a big fan of Hans Zimmer's stuff, so I'm sure that helped a bit in my case.

I think all his works are great thematically, but most of his movies are not really worth time. Interstellar gets a lot of shit, but it's his best movie. Everyone looks at it from a hard sci-fi position, but the theme of the movie is "love will save us" and it is reflected it the work. It's a sci-fi movie about love that is not of the peepee kind.
