Speaking of let me change your lives, here's a dessert that is not made of bugs yet.

Take 9 Oreos and crush them up in a food processor. Done.

Take the rest of the Oreos, should be about 33 left in the package, crush them up too. I'm talking into a powder. Toss them in a mixing bowl with 8oz of softened cream cheese and mix it all together. Roll them into tiny balls, the first recipe I ever found for this said they did be about 1 inch each but I don't measure my balls so just do whatever. If you end up with about 25-30 of them you're fine.

Melt chocolate. Doesn't matter what kind. I usually do semi-sweet in one bowl and white in another.

Dip the balls into the chocolate. Put the chocolate coated balls on a baking sheet with wax paper.

Once they're all chocolate dipped, take those original 9 crushed Oreos and dust them all over. Add sprinkles if you want. I also like to melt some milk chocolate and drizzle it over the white chocolate balls (and white chocolate over the dark chocolate ones).

Put them in the fridge for an hour. Done. Chocolate Oreo Truffles. Total prep time is about 20 minutes

Yo there's a new season of Letterkenny out. I had no idea it was coming.

[Day]

I watched the whole thing already shit was hilarious, the nut episode was the best

[Tokitoki]

I just saw them. I didn't expect anything cause they were doing that tour. I figured it'd be another month or two.

Much excite.

Also I bought an air rifle today. Baby strapped to me in the gun aisle at Walmart. They didn't even give me a bag when I walked out, I just walked out with a box with the image of the gun on it.

[Krandor]

Only saw the first episode so far. Everyone clowning the shit out of McMurray had me rolling

how do grown men in their 30s do this for hours on a Saturday

[Andalusian girls]

I got a double pot roast going, pan seared the 2 chuck roasts w butter and garlic, in the crock pot w a shit ton of onions and carrots, skipping the taters, hit the pot w some montreal steak seasoning, worcestershire, and a splash or two of A1. Gonna be legit.

hell yeah brother that sounds great. i've been in and out of town constantly for the last couple weeks but am finally gonna set down for a spell and got this bistecca alla fiorentina recipe from an old chef roommate i am both figuratively and literally dying to try
