    Running on adding drug and dental benefits to the national health plan, building public housing, increasing minimum wage for federal jobs, taxing the wealthy and fighting climate change.

    Sounds pretty good. Their leader, interestingly, is Jagmeet Singh, a Sikh man.

    The problem in Canada is there's 3 "left of center" parties - Libs (Trudeau), NDP (Singh) and the Greens, while the right is dominated by the conservative party (Sheer) and a fascist rump party in the People's Party of Canada.

    Makes it easier for the conservatives to win a plurality with the left split.

    And then there's the Bloc Quebecois, the Frenchies.
