Good thing California doesn't use exact match for voting systems. Astylla's middle name was misspelled on our marriage certificate, which meant her state ID and drivers license didn't match her SSN/Birth Certificate. This didn't even get caught till TSA was doing their final site clearance on her for her job. She had two weeks to get that fixed. Shitty part was Astylla got her drivers license 2 months prior and DMV still charged her $38 to get a new one with the corrected name.

Time and money are the most important thing to the poor. No single mother is going to have an easy time catching 5 buses to get 50 miles, sit at the DMV for 6 hours and then pay money to get ID. The intent of these motherfuckers is also clear.

I mean I guess that is technically overhead, but it's not within the bounds of what would be acceptable and billable under normal circumstances. We're allowed 12% OH and 10% profit on extra work and that overhead % basically only covers the additional insurance costs most of the time.
