My understanding of this was that since the staffer was on the campaign, and not a House staffer, there wasn't anything necessarily illegal going on. Was it wrong? Absolutely. Could she be removed from office for it? I dunno, but I won't defend her for it.

I just don't think the wife sharing stuff and the nudes have anything to do with this charge.
