I don't think deadly force via castle doctrine is always acceptable. If I were the gun toting kind, I'd take aim and let them know I'd taken aim. Sudden movement would cause a squeeze. Basically, breaking into my house wouldn't be a death sentence, but if I was actually unsure and fearful for my life, then sure.

Doesn’t matter for a car loan, assuming it’s a simple loan. Fractions of a percentage will be hardly noticeable. If you want to refinance just do it now

Golf isn't an SUV, but I still second it.

I like my Forester, definitely a dad mobile though. Maza CX series are pretty nice, but they have less space than most other crossover SUVs. Honda CRV generally has the most space with Forester behind it and I think Rav4 in there too.

Also checked out the Jeep Compass, but it felt really tight, like I was driving a small car in an SUV body. Nice styling, good features, but was a little small for my taste. My step mom has it, and likes it, but wants something similar that's a little bigger and better on gas which is surprisingly easy. Basically all the other crossover SUVs have better gas mileage.

You can get the TDIs pretty cheap right now, at least in my area, due to the whole EPA emissions thing. As long as the new part was installed to fix the issue, they're still legal, get great gas mileage, and the diesel engines run forever.

Was looking at one, but we decided to lease a new Jetta for a little cheaper. Wish we went with the used though because my wife got a new job a few months later and now the lease is too low mileage for us to use it for more than a year or so with our commutes.
