Not a rodent. Avoid carnivorous mammals and skip all omnivorous mammals that aren't pork. All birds and herbivorous mammals are ok to eat, just cook that shit right.

It's ok. I'd rather eat beef though. That said, removing transportation to the US from the equation, kangaroo meat is a better choice than beef for the environment, if you care about that sort of thing.
