Nope, follows the same age laws as cigarettes.

By the logic of Michigan's governer they should also be banning alcohol and all tobacco products since they're a detriment to public health, but for some reason I just don't see that happening.

One of the issues they're pointing to is that they have assorted flavors that would generally point to targeting a younger audience of non-smokers. I would think that the 40 year old former smoker is not looking to vape cotton candy flavored cartridges.

I think banning them is dumb, but there is definitely an issue here. Similarly, the tobacco industry was told they couldn't sell flavored cigarettes. They used to have flavors like cherry and other fruits that were determined to be targeted towards a younger audience.

You would be wrong.

While I can't speak for a cotton candy flavor, enjoying different flavors is definitely a big factor for a lot of vapers. Be it purple drank flavor (which I currently have in my tank) or assorted breakfast cereals. Among my unit I only know of a single vape user who just uses flavorless juice (who incidentally is getting out the military in a few months and moving back home to Michigan), and we've got a good 40 or so people on the boat who use a vaporizer.
