Cigarette companies did that after they banned flavored cigarettes. They are trying to regulate that now as well. I believe it's currently in various courts.

the transgender jokes didn't upset me, i thought the LGBTQ car ride was one of the funniest + deepest bits, showed a fine understanding of the divisions and politics among that community. what annoyed me was Dave thinking he's being stunning and brave for telling those jokes. they're not dangerous jokes to tell and pretending they are feeds into his false-victimization.

tbh tho one joke did upset me, the victim blaming of Jackson's molestation victims. but i may have laughed harder at that than anything else with the 'even if he did it *shrug*' and 'somebody's gotta teach these kids. no such thing as a free trip to Hawaii'. i believe them kids were molested but the comedy works because Dave mocks his own biases in the first one, wanting to enjoy the artist over moralizing, and the second because it's a damn unexpected take with hilariously exaggerated truth. it's Chappelle at his best, observational humor no one else has, making us slightly uncomfortable even as we bust a gut, not regurgitating boomer humor or acting oppressed for telling the most popular jokes in the country.

I think you just don't understand the vape community or the manufacturers of the juices, perhaps there are some that are purposely marketing towards children but I've never seen it. These companies make the flavors because the main users (adults) buy them, and they buy them because they taste good. If your juice tastes like shit they talk about you on the vape forums and your business fails. Conversely if you produce good shit people buy it and talk about it. The various flavors are a major part of vaping and it has nothing to do with kids.

It is already illegal to sell this to minors. So if you want to regulate packaging or whatever Im cool with that, but you are advocating taking away one of the major positives of the vape juice when you don't really have a very good understanding of what you are talking about.

Idk why they dont just up enforcement. If a store gets caught selling cigs to minors, they get fucked in the ass and have their own tears used as lubes. That's my only gripe, it's too easy for minors to get it. Threaten to take away licenses, impose fines, and just straight discourage people from selling shit to minors.
