Nah i didn’t watch any of that mess and I jumped in just fine.

They just give you this Magitek armor outfit as soon as you start the game now. It makes you invincible for 30 real time minutes once a day.

So I definitely took down the level 42 red giant that spawns at night in the first area with my level 9 team.

Really? The only thing I couldn't do for the life of me was the 100-jump Super Jump. I don't remember moving around, including hitting hidden blocks to get Frog Coins, to ever give me difficulty.

The other thing I remember hating was some of the games in Bowser's Castle, especially repeating them to get Mallow and Geno's better weapons, where you had to guess the number of blocks or leapfrog the cannonballs. Really just reinforced using Mario/Peach/Bowser as the final party.

This morning I chose to play more FFXV rather than watch another episode of the Dark Crystal so I guess I officially like it. I'm on chapter 3 now.
