i wanted to love it so much partly because of kurt russell, but gosh, the writing and dialogue and other things are just so bad/mediocre it's hard

reminds me, i forget if giri/haji or tokyo vice were apple tv but those were great.

Defending Jacob was quite good IMO. Presumed Innocent was also good (although the dialogue felt a bit stiff at times early on).

Sugar, especially if you dont know anything about it. as far as older ones that was very cool if you havent seen are Murderbot, Blackbird, SEE, at least the first 2 seasons lol

Forgot Murderbot was Apple, I've seen that. Also seen Your Friends and Neighbors.
Thanks for all the suggestions, showed my dad Silo and Foundation trailers because we've been looking for something to watch together, he picked Silo so I will be starting Foundation next. Also gonna check out Lucky when it premieres this week.
Anyone know if Down Cemetary Road is good? Based on books by the guy who wrote the Slow Horses books but dunno if it's similar at all.

I’m not usually a fan of Seth Rogen, but The Studio is pretty good if you want some comedy. Most episodes range from pretty funny to fucking hilarious, with some especially good ones towards the back half of the season.

I need to rewatch/finish Halt and Catch Fire, and its been so long (and so different from his recent roles) I genuinely forgot he was the lead in Pushing Daisies lol. I probably ought to watch that again sometime too
