I'm not sure whether to be impressed or annoyed that with a 45 minute episode focused mostly on a single character, they worked so hard to provide next to no insight about the man. At the same time, if I were to just pick a single episode to watch out of the 9 so far, it'd probably be in the top 4, maybe top 3? I get that it was the other bonus episode, so there wasn't going to be some major advancement/twist, but still felt they could have done more, or cut some time.

I liked it, I think it helped, he is such a low key character in the series. I think it was well deserved for his character to be in the spotlight a bit.

Just finished the second one. Coming off episode 1 I was pretty excited about the series. Now I'm just hoping things get a good explanation but I'm kind of questioning it.

Things that happened were quite Jarring, and there are some major changes from the books which I think will help tell the story. If it takes place over a 1000 years then there is a lot of time for them to explain shit.

Third episode was great. Apple tv is def worth the sub at the moment. They have some amazing shows

Employing complicated mathematical formulas, a keen grasp of human psychology, and also probably just some numbers that said how many people were watching the dang thing, Apple has pierced the veil and determined that people would probably like to watch another season of its Isaac Asimov adaptation Foundation. Hence a press release today, revealing that the series has now been renewed for a second season, just halfway through its initial run.

Coincidentally I just finished Foundation last night by other means. On episode 5 of Invasion right now, and you’re right, it’s hard work. I wanna nuke the bully from orbit, does anyone still do that shit these days? I did recognise some of the area where they filmed the countryside bits as it’s where me and my dad used to go walking.
