Apple TV+ today announced a series order for a new original live-action series from Legendary’s Monsterverse franchise. The series explores one family’s journey to uncover its buried secrets and a legacy linking them to the secret organization known as Monarch.

The untitled Monsterverse series will be produced by Legendary Television and executive produced by co-creators Chris Black (“Star Trek: Enterprise,” “Outcast”), who will also serve as showrunner, and Matt Fraction (“Hawkeye”), alongside Safehouse Pictures’ Joby Harold and Tory Tunnell, and Toho Co., Ltd. Hiro Matsuoka and Takemasa Arita will executive produce for Toho. Toho is the owner of the Godzilla character and has licensed the rights to Legendary for this series as a natural byproduct of their long-term relationship on the film franchise.

Last Days of Ptolemy Grey mid-March

Season 3 of Servant began recently. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I liked the first season. I didn't have a subscription yet when the 2nd season released, so I didn't get through much of that and had planned to rewatch from the start before getting to S3.

First two episodes of Severance are available and it's a pretty solid start. No idea how long this show is supposed to run, but I guess it's not a single-season thing.

I let a bunch of episodes build up and finally started last night, on ep 5 and really digging it. Bit of a slow burn but I expected that.

I’ve been watching For All Mankind, nearly finished the second season. Been a pretty good show and unless something stupid happens in these last episodes, I’ll be looking forward to the next season.

Gonna try Severance afterwards.

Holy shit, Severance was a god damned masterpiece from start to finish. Man, the finale, from the first three minutes when the shoe drops and drops hard... til the last 30 seconds was incredible.

A couple of the middle episodes felt a bit... "side quest heavy" but much of that would come across different now with the rest of the season finished. They really knocked it out of the park with the last 2-3 episodes. What a great finale.

Just saw that this weekend too, the beginning episodes were interesting but it felt like everything was happening soooo slowly. Thankfully it did get better.
Gave me such strong Dollhouse vibes too, especially since Dichen Lachman is in both

The images post-bombing were a little harrowing for me, because it happened in the same year as the OKC Federal Building bombing and the images of both were eerily similar (the motives were pretty similar too)
