Severance is still my favorite show that's come out since Game of Thrones. The season finale was the best single episode of television I've ever watched. It started about 2 minutes in absolutely bonkers in the elevator with Helly and didn't stop til the credits rolled.

Wife and I will probably watch the For All Mankind finale tonight. It's been great, but probably my least favorite season. They set the bar very high.

I watched about 2 episodes of Foundation and couldn't have been more bored. Started The Expanse and got the exact opposite feeling. Couldn't turn it off.

Enjoyed the For All Mankind ending as well. The show overall is excellent; S1/2 are a marked step ahead of some of the soap/tangential plotlines later, but picked up nicely to end the current season. Amped to see how much progress occurs between this and (presumably?) next season given the final 30 seconds of the finale.

It's supposed to go for 7 seasons, which would take to the 2030s.

I can't imagine Ed and Danielle will still be around for season 5, Ed especially is old as shit now (should be mid 70s in season 4)

There’s a shakeup going on behind the scenes at Apple TV+‘s lavish sci-fi drama Foundation.

Co-creator David S. Goyer is stepping back from his showrunner duties ahead of production resuming on the show’s upcoming third season. Goyer (Blade, The Dark Knight) will still be creatively involved with the show, contributing scripts from Los Angeles, while executive producer Bill Bost will be moving to Prague (where the show is filmed) to oversee the duration of season three photography. While sources say this means Goyer is effectively no longer serving as showrunner, a representative for the production says he will retain that title (contrary to an earlier version of this story).

In addition, line producer Laurie Borg is stepping down, with Doug Moreno taking his place.

Sources say Goyer and executives at the show’s production company, Skydance, clashed over the budget for the upcoming season. TV budgets are under scrutiny across the industry as streamers right-size their slates with an eye toward boosting profitability. In addition to being an executive producer on the show, Bost is the former president of Skydance’s TV division and helped originally develop the series.

Have seen ~0 people talking about it but we're 5 episodes into Presumed Innocent and it is terrific. Extremely well made, great performances across the cast.

it's in my list of things to watch when i get around to it, I've found apple tends to have a high bar for quality over quantity
