It isn't too bad tho. Obviously through warranties I shouldn't have to do too much but warranties don't cover new features. Some rj45 wiring and installing a fence is top of the list

My mortgage payment is like 700 less, I felt great until I realized I have to deal with house shit still.
House shit sucks. Renting is de way.

My wife was talking about renting for a bit and selling the house sooner. Problem is having somewhere to put all the shit we've accumulated if we start renting again. I've got a three car garage right now and one bay is dedicated to various power equipment. Mower, trimmer, snow blower, chain saw, miter saw, compressor, etc. Wtf am I gonna do with all that if we rent? Rent a storage unit?

My dad sold his house just after my mom passed. He rented a small house for a while so he had to get a storage unit as well.
That was 7 or 8 years ago and he still has the storage unit after buying a new house and he just seems to continue accumulating shit in it. His garage is full too.

I want to go through the garage in spring. Rent a dumpster and get rid of whatever I can. I need to replace the roof on the garage too, so may as well clean it out first.

I threw away a futon, minifridge and a desk when I moved. All were either needing replaced or broken. Felt good.
Need to buy a new desk and a beverage fridge tho
Threw out a lot of small stuff too but those were the big items

i tired real hard to get to FFXIV's endgame stuff because i hear the story gets damn good two of the expansions but stalled out hard around level 50 dunno if i have it end me to grind out 10 blahs collect 12 bleehs quests anymore

It is a terrible slog but worth it in the end. Or you could buy a story skip to miss all that.
Or wait a few months because the devs have said they want to rework that part because they know how terrible it is.
