A few other ones I like that you have to manually install and load:

equipviewer - shows a little 4x4 square of your equipment at all times. It's nice to make sure you have the right set on, or to see changes to your equipment live

skillchains - shows you SC windows that are currently open with a timer and all the WSs you have that will create/continue a SC.

parse - just a better parser than what Windower gives imo

partybuffs - shows you your party's buffs next to the hp/mp/tp box in the bottom right corner. This is nice for healing jobs cause I can see all status effects they have on them.

Additionally, there are unofficial addons you may want to use:
Anchor (blocks knockback)
AutoBurst (works surprisingly well for bursting nukes)
maga (if you need reisen armor augs)
PhantomGem or htmb (lets you get merit KI via command line)
quicktrade / tradenpc (easier npc interaction without going through trade menu)
react
sellnpc (if you npc a lot of junk, it vastly expedites it)
smeagol (auto-use XP/CP rings if you care)
superwarp (still useful post-nerf to use HP/SG via command line, used to let you HP/SG warp to unlocked locations)


you can find most of these by just googling "ffxi addon github", I dont remember the sources tbh
