This. I have curly hair and wash it every other day. Even then, I still soak my hair and run my fingers through it so it's not a greasy mess. I don't use a conditioner. I also don't use shampoo ever, I use more natural soaps. There's still some stuff in it I can't pronounce, but it's not as bad as commercial shampoo. We used to have a natural shampoo bar, but the company stopped making it.

That soap smells like Christmas. It's amazing.
