Keep in mind Mitch McConnell is just as pragmatic as Nancy Pelosi is and he will also pull his weight against her -- Pelosi just basically withheld sending over the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate which will lead to a epic game of political Chicken between her and McConnell which will play out over the next week or so (or longer, depending on what McConnell is thinking).

The dumb ones argue this (h/t Jimmy Dore). The smart ones realize what they say fucking matter and get on with the pragmatic mindset after the primary.
