Oh? That hasn't been my understanding. Libya in particular only seemed to discover that Hillary was working with the best information available at the time, changed the State Department response before the White House was willing to because new intelligence came in, and committed the sin of saying one thing in 16 hours that was able to be turned into a 5-second Republican soundbite.

Eh. Not exactly. There was enough evidence that she should have been indicted, but wasn't. That's still a sore point for many in the FBI. They did their job, and it got swept away like "nothing to see here folks."

They don't decide guilt or innocence, but the fact she wasn't indicted was just a huge slap in the face. Even to those that were and are strong supporters of hers.

It's ridiculously frustrating. I hesitated to even post that. I have family in the DoJ that has first hand knowledge of that investigation. That's as good as I can do without crossing lines.

I'm hesitant to fully believe anyone ever since a friend of mine in DIA told me he was certain the war in Iraq was justified because of intelligence he had seen, but to be 100% honest I was extremely disappointed Hillary wasn't at least fined per the statute it seems clear to me she violated. It would've been a better look for her, in my opinion, than giving the impression that she was above the law.

It does not mean she's guilty. It does not mean she's innocent.

But why would they tell the number one law enforcement agency in the world that their standards and procedures do not apply to this individual without any reasonable explanation?

It's unprecedented and concerning at the very least.
