SO when Brennan said under oath that he did nothing illegal, technically it's true. But he did lie that Steel Dossier wasn't a prime consideration. Speaking of Steel Dossier:

This report goes out of it's way to present this information not as malice/political bias but utter incompetence on FBI's on the ground level part. They are throwing the low hanging fruit to the wolves.
