This show is really well done, wow.
Think removing the will they/won't they element of other Arrowverse shows by cementing Lois & Clark as a couple helped a lot. I suppose they can still fall down that rabbit hole with the teens if there are future seasons, but for now, a lot of events were basically a seesaw of villains doing things and people reacting to that generally in priority.
Still hoping this could one day lead to Diggle becoming a Green Lantern, though.
I agree somewhat, but the cinematography and character presense is leaps ahead of any other cw show. I wouldnt call the main story arc a seesaw. There is one main villain.
Just caught up on this series. It’s been really well done so far. The kids storylines can be annoying at times but they’re growing on me. Lois’s actress is miles beyond what she was like in Grimm.
Can’t wait to see what happens in the finale.
Man I fell off the Arrowverse wagon hard. Never saw Supergirl or Flash last season. None of this. How was it overall? Worth binging one day?
They got bad at the end, real bad. Kinda feeling "why bother" with another season of this even though kinda enjoyed it overall. Would fit right in with all the cliffhangers the other shows ended on. lol And Gotham Knights can be safely skipped, was a 1 season dud. The others might be worth binging, if you just need to get it out of your system to see how they ended, might be better than dragging it out weekly. Even Doom Patrol which I greatly enjoyed just feels meh this season now that they finally brought it back for the finale.
I didn't intentionally stop watching, but I just kind of fell off around when that island exploded in one of the Arrow season finales. Or maybe I stopped watching in disgust whenWhichever came last.Spoiler: show
Obviously not really qualified to answer this myself, but I've only really heard "meh" things about the Arrowverse since then. Watched a crossover or two here and there, but that's about it. Other than Arrow, I only ever really watched Flash, which tanked *real* hard after a certain point. I don't remember when exactly, but I ended up missing it one week and not really caring enough to keep watching after that.
