i made a HC char, and i frantically fled from him the first time. ran into him shortly after hitting lv25 sorcerer and died valiantly. beta tested

didn’t make it to him, no. i got weird crashes for like 2 hours midday when battlenet had a message that they were doing something. after I got back on and played for a little while I figured i would call it a day and save the rest for retail

the skeleton summons seem overpowered early on too but im sure once you get deeper into the game they’re probably worthless

it's not a make it to kinda deal, he just randomly spawns on you in a dungeon (only dungeons i think). i did corpse boom necro but was like level 12 and was getting super bad rubber banding so he just whooped my ass

Never bumped into them on my 25 Sorc from EA Beta. Didn't play too much on the open Beta. Got Druid to I think level 12, and realized melee is kinda gimped in beta and unbalanced, so hopefully they fix that in the next 3 months of polish.

Also saw a vide of a barbarian soloing the Butcher in under a minute, that was pretty awesome. Love how the Butcher just comes bursting out like a demonic Kool-Aid Man.

Also I didn't see it myself but apparently the stash has a tab for storing missed legendaries which is nice

Was watching my GF stream it this weekend and I figured out pretty quickly why BG likes it so much. The game ultimately devolved into a bunch of people standing in a dark ass cave with their thumbs up their asses, waiting for a boss to spawn. Its fucking Dragon's Aery all over again.

some good changes there, especially the dungeon change that makes the trash mobs seek you lol. that would have been great in 3, i avoided bounties that had kill all in certain huge maps just because it could take forever to find shit sometimes

Wondering how much Chain Lightning damage is reduced because it melted bosses/elites, and Butcher, during the Beta. I still plan on going Hydra Frost Nova Enchant with Chain Lightning enchant. The amount of damage buffs you can stack and CC with it appears nuts on paper, especially during Unstable Currents.
