Imagine playing HC on console. LOL fuck that
Just got to lv15 on Necro. I'm still having a pretty good time with a friend crew playing casually.
alot of the new malignant gem thingies are bugged lol.
Good recap of the fireside chat by DM bro
So basically the patch was half a patch where they nerfed everything to compensate for the other changes they're making, they just haven't actually done the other changes yet and they'll be added later.
Makes sense
Be careful if on console or using a gamepad on pc and doing seasons without redeeming the free pass for ultimate edition. Blizz snuck in that the cursor will default on the use accelerated pass button which activates the full pass with zero confirmation if you hit it.
Lol the fireside chat "Oh yeah guess we should have maybe shown these changes beforehand" or maybe have a PTR? You fucking idiots.
Decided to try out the new season on rogue to see how it is, so far.....very boring? Like I don't feel super underleveled or anything and leveling is pretty quick but the hearts don't feel that amazing to me and half the time I even forget to socket them as I level up. Maybe later on they'll be more fun but I think we needed way more variety? Assuming higher world tiers have more choices but right now "Lucky hit lightning!" is pretty boring. The only one on rogue I enjoy is the shadow clone that taunts which is semi useful.
One nice thing about season 1; you get to solo world bosses in the Eternal Realm, if you're lucky. Those are actually fun to do then.
It really is. You can kill whole groups of enemies as they just move like zombies to stand in your poison and die lol.
I can't fathom what part of the design logic requires you to know the entire stash inventory of every random player you walk past.
Did they hire people that did XIV 1.0 for this?
I refuse to believe that tweet. There is just no fucking way that is true. First of all, what other players? Even when the game came out, I barely ran by anyone. And then how about asking the fucking team that works on WoW how they do it? lol
I'm enjoying that they've essentially admitted to having no clue.
Or they were extremely rushed and didn't optimize at all, which wouldn't surprise me.
