New season is utter shit. Apparently same team behind S1 did this one, so it's like CoD or BF, can't remember which, where you just skip every other iteration because the shit team is making them.





Need like 1000+ runs to level up your shit pet, and doesn't transfer to alts. Barb is hilarious to play and fucking around with that but this season isn't gonna be something i'm playing probably beyond a week or two. Charge on barb is hilariously OP with the 900% buff, buddy and me rolled barbs and did WT4 capstone at level 52 just charging shit around into walls and mass clearing rooms like it was nothing.

Why someone thought players would love more traps in this game and a slower time doing anything is beyond me. Also super fun to have the traps + the bullshit NMD affixes in the vaults with mobs and other shit covering up all the traps so you can't see

I wasn't able to play more than a few hours. Not interested in this bullshit without changes, and not interested in playing the game as if it were Standard league just to get the mid cosmetics from the season pass.

This is after I full cleared Season 2 and enjoyed doing so. All Uber bosses, NMD 100, etc etc... the thought of farming Duriel 200000 times once again also makes me wanna sudoku. Having his boring ass as the singular source of Uber uniques sucks.

Yeah, the second I saw traps and the pet as the seasonal gimmick I was out. Whoever thought having a singular pet as the gimmick should be reassigned to something else...

I was super skeptical when I didn't realize a new season was even starting until a friend told me. I saw literally no news announcements until like a week out or so when they did the campfire chat and my first thought was "Well this can't be good"

Yeah, got to like level 30 and don't think I want to start up the game again for this season. No amazing QoLs for me this season and the pet mechanic is boring as hell.

So they did an update today to try to triage some of the bullshit. The leveling is a bit better for the stones now but it's still bullshit that the base stones have like "increases effect for .4 seconds! and next level is .8! :D :D" so requires you to get to lvl 10 before it even matters.

Pearls now are just for vaults and not to summon the uber which was needed before even the fucking release.

So they made Malphas the same level as Lilith and Duriel but he still can't drop Uber Uniques. Also lmao

The drop rate of Unique Stones from Malphas increased from .25% to .5%.

The fuck? Vampire Powers were good because the grind was pretty reasonable and, more importantly, rewarding.

The rest of the changes are fine. It'll be playable now at least.

Lots to play starting next week I doubt I will touch this season. I grinded last season pretty hard. This season is a no go. Also lol pets that by itself was a turn off for me.

If they had a PTR people could have told them half this shit during that phase, but nope. They continue to love tossing shit out that is buggy and people just hate and then constantly rolling back and swapping things around in a desperate bid to placate some of the players. That way at least we don't get any meaningful patches, we just get patches that gut the dog shit they gave us at release and bring things back to a semi stable state before rinse and repeat.
