I shit you not this game makes no fucking sense sometimes. I can whale on shit constantly that has zero barrier or other immunity and it just takes zero fucking damage for minutes, and then next time, things pop like a balloon.

I was bitching eons ago first getting into this game about how it's so confusing to try optimize with the lack of damage logs

Add to the frustration, farming cows is shit now. There's no way to resent/join different shards, and the spawning of the cows is inconsistent as all fuck now and is getting worse as I go on. It's the last drop, but the hoof is so long and spawns so few it's taking a stupid amount of time vs the first drop. Using different characters as I go.

I had a +4 Demonology amulet with other good stats I was working on getting the extra shadows utility, and I'd spent some 80+ Prisms trying to get it before I must have accidentally salvaged it. I then found a +2 all skill one and after some 50 more rolls, got the utility I was going for. Bumped my dps up a couple hundred million on crits. Forgot to socket it.

I'm done for now. Already have the last Rank 9 rewards so I'll wait until Tuesday to unlock perma cow level, and maybe fish up the murloc pet, but I'm not playing the "game" anymore. Fuck blizzard for not having an equipment lock or allowing transfigure without all of the other steps completed.

Barb is so broken this season. I made a pld at first then did a barb and it was so apparent how weak pld is compared lol. Being able to face tank anything while doing trillions of damage without super heavy investment is crazy.

Yeah, I’m getting close to the end of my season on Barb. I can clear 135 pits pretty comfortably at this point, and I’ve hit that stage where the only real way to increase my damage is by landing perfect gem increase rolls and maxing out gems.

The problem is, the grind for that is brutal. Chasing those rolls feels almost as bad as farming the absolutely massive amount of gems needed to fully max everything out. To their credit, they did a really good job this season making progression feel tied to rotating through different content instead of forcing you into one activity nonstop. But gems are the exception, and if you want meaningful progress there, you’re basically stuck mindlessly farming the same boss for days straight.

And yeah... I’m not doing that lol.

Transfigured my RoSS and got +4 to all Skills which seems like a pretty solid outcome.

Selig/Endurant Faith barb is legit hilarious in how unkillable it is, though goddamn is the initial gearing requirement annoying.

Also that transfig is nuts

Nice ring ya got there.

I realized I could use both Grandfather and Locran's and still have 100% crit rate; only normal legendary I use is gloves for the 20% crit rate per stack of hex. Kinda funny having almost 12K crit damage with 26K all damage bonus. There's a super annoying bug with controller and Netherstep where I'll regularly freeze for some seconds and not be able to move or attack after a Netherstep. Since I spam it, ya, super annoying. Still can't go past T120 pit.

Made a barb character after getting a nice heir of perdition drop to try out this whirlwind build. Got nice tempers and masterworks along the way, transfigured into all yellow stats, and realized later I never socketed it………

I've had one or two pieces of nice gear for WW barb get ruined because the transfig decides to add maximum health.
